STUDENT DOCUMENT UPLOAD

This is page is for students who have been selected to receive an AMBU$H Scholarship. In order to qualify, please upload the following:

1. A copy of your unofficial transcripts that reflects a GPA of 2.2 or higher.

2. Proof of enrollment in an approved trade school, or your detailed official trade school plans. 

​PLEASE SUBMIT ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTATION AT LEAST ONE MONTH PRIOR TO AWARDS NIGHT AT YOUR HIGH SCHOOL.
